Nor do we know how to fix bugs like that. I replayed that chapter on my alt and didn't encounter any issues. Considering that versions have changed since you posted it, it might be fixed. If not, it may be related to your device, making fix impossible.

I'd recommend contacting customer support if you haven't already and trying to use a different device just to complete that stage.
