It's mimicking the etymology section one can often see on fandom, just stripped down to the bare minimum. If you don't know what I'm talking about, you can go to any anime or manga wiki, like Aqua Hoshino | Oshi no Ko Wiki | Fandom.
Using the template's extra fields is faster and more convenient, so that's what I recommended and personally opted for in the past. Putting commas or semi colons between the different kanji translations is the maximum extra effort I'd put in. Got a lot of other things to do.
I do believe it counts as trivia, so it's not going to be removed. However, if no will care to make it into a normal sentence, then it's destined to look like this.
Instead of removing things, we should strive to make them better, no? Himeko's page isn't locked from anon-edits, not that it'd affect you since you have an account.
