Introduced in version 1.6, the Babylon Lab is located in Siberia, Russia with very huge snowfields. This is also the place where the Second Houkai War started.
The Babylon Laboratory[]
In Houkai world, on the Siberian snowfields, stands the second-largest Houkai-energy Research Facility: the Babylon Laboratory. The Babylon Laboratory has the world's third-largest Houkai-capacity Reactor, with a power of up to 6500HW.
The Houkai power of the 4th Herrscher was only 2000HW. Such a high-intensity Houkai power can be gathered without Houkai, thanks to extremely tight isolation facilities.
There are three departments in Babylon's laboratory, the only one which is mentioned is the Advanced System Division, which disguises itself as a medical institution for the treatment of Honkai energy diseases. However, in reality, it studies the technology that combines Houkai energy with the human body. It experiments on orphaned children and said by Sirin to have abused them.

Houkai reactors are located at the bottom of 20 floors while other divisions are located at the other 30.
Divisions[]
Advanced System Division: Mainly researches the way to integrates the Houkai energy with human body. One of important achivement is the Stigmata technology.
Weapon Division: Responsible for using theories from Energy Department and crafting weapon by using Houkai energy, and is now assisting the HQ in the research of "Pantheon" series weapons.
Energy Division: Focuses on theoretical research related to the Honkai and gives support to the other two divisions as required.
