Speculations Ahead, Let's Talk Them Out
"Speculations" on this wiki refers to commentary or theories that seem plausible enough, but lack outright official confirmation.
As this content might be questioned by the community, information from this section shouldn't be quoted or referenced as if it was factual.
  • Following Sirin's awakening on the Moon, Bella's soul (or a fragment of it) may have inhabited the body of Benares, a Honkai dragon. After Benares was slain by Raiden Mei, Bella's soul left the dragon's body and appears to have been transferred to ELF Bella through the dragon's scales, which the ELF was made from.
    • Benares recalls during an inner monologue that the Pseudo-Herrscher Core granted her "a human form and a girl's soul".[2]
    • ELF Bella prefers to be called Bella over Benares, without being able to give a clear reason why, while also labeling the name Benares as "Honkai Beast's name",[3] suggesting that the name Bella is different - either because it was a name Sirin gave Benares or because it's the only connection she has left with her human self.
