Captain EXP Chips are items that increase Captain EXP gains for a limited duration. Multiple uses of EXP chips extend the buff instead of stacking. EXP chips do not affect captain EXP gains from open world missions. The remaining buff duration may be seen by clicking the arrows next to captain name in the captain profile menu.
