Chapter VII, titled Lift the Sword of Rebellion, is a Story pertaining to the mainline narrative, specifically Part 1.
Short Summary[]
After being captured by Schicksal, numerous attempts to wake Kiana up fail. However, the increased Honkai energy within Kiana has awakened the Herrscher of the Void from within and summons many Honkai beasts, including the Judgment-class Honkai Dragon, Benares, which wakes up from its slumber from within the ruins of the 2nd Honkai Eruption. Overseer Otto orders all Valkyries to be on high alert as well as set up the highest defense mechanisms to protect the headquarters. Meanwhile, a transport ship known as Helios is flying by towards the Schicksal headquarters, and the people inside are planning a raid with the help of an unlikely ally.

At the Schicksal headquarters, numerous attempts to wake Kiana up by injecting Honkai energy fail. Overseer Otto is glad that Kiana (Also known as Subject K423) is around for him to carry out his plan. However, the increased Honkai energy had awakened the Herrscher of the Void from within, who then summons Honkai beasts, including the Honkai Dragon, Benares who wakes up from its slumber within the ruins of the 2nd Honkai Eruption. Overseer Otto orders all Valkyries to be on high alert as well as set up highest defense mechanisms to protect the headquarters.
Meanwhile, 300 km away from Schicksal, the Far East Branch transport ship, Helios, is flying by while Himeko and Theresa are inside planning a frontal assault against the headquarters. After defeating several security drones in the air, Otto contacts Theresa and casually asks her to leave. Theresa responds by firing a laser beam from Helios and destroys the defensive barrier.

As Helios had fired its weapon to destroy the headquarter's barrier, they are unable to attack as it needs to recharge and need to evade the enemy lasers. Minutes later, Honkai are approaching towards both Schicksal and the Helios transport ship.

Helios' energy reserve cannot keep the shield up after getting hit by enemy lasers and many Honkai beasts land on top of the ship. Himeko raises up to take the challenge of clearing them all.

Do not get knocked down more than 5 times.
Deploy at least 1 MECH-type battlesuit(s).
Judgment-class Honkai dragon, Benares lands on Helios to attack and Himeko tries her best to hold it off until the anti-air system is ready. Then, it fires a direct shot at Benares, dealing massive damage but instead of backing off, its Honkai energy level rises quickly and Himeko experiences greater difficulty. Meanwhile, an unlikely ally appears to lure the Honkai dragon away.

Deploy at least 1 MECH-type battlesuit(s).A streak of light lures Benares away from the Helios transport ship which surprises Himeko since their arrival was sudden, so she wonders whether Theresa called for reinforcements, which did not appear to be the case. Nevertheless, wave after wave of Honkai beasts continue to emerge which soon completely outnumber Himeko. Einstein arrives to lend them her support.

Deploy at least 1 MECH-type battlesuit(s).The main squadrons of Anti-Entropy arrive to assist Himeko and Theresa to clear out all Honkai Beasts on their way to the Schicksal headquarters. Einstein mentions that Anti-Entropy have mobilised almost 70% of their main troops and the stakes are high on this mission. Anti-Entropy, as well as Himeko and Theresa have slightly different objectives but their main objective is to prevent another Honkai Eruption. They have 113 minutes left to prevent the calamity, according to log file, "file_xxx" in the cutscene.

Fu Hua successfully lures Benares away from the Helios, activating her new 4th-gen Valkyrie battlesuit, Shadow Knight to fight against the dragon.
