Investigation report: Seele Vollerei found John Doe's personal belongings at the scene of the mecha rampage and confirmed his identity as a junior. In his rented apartment, Seele Vollerei found Appendix 10064-1 with a broken puppet, inside which a Herrscher core with low energy level has been found.
According to the transcript of the conversation between Seele Vollerei and Brenda Gillthe follow-up investigation, John Doe is dead. It is unclear at the moment whether the was involved in the mecha rampage. The conversation with his parentsguardians did not indicate that John Doe had any abnormal behavior before his disappearance. The reason for his capture by the HoD requires further investigation. But some of the clues found by Seele during her investigation appeared to be suspiciously indicative.

Investigation report: According to the report provided by Seele Vollerei, John Doe's landlady showed some abnormalities during their conversation. After several interviews, it was found that the subject had not suffered any major setbacks or significant changes in emotional state in recent days and the reason for the subject falling victim to the HoD remains unknown. No other abnormalities have been observed since she left the base.

His physical entity was found in his home, before which he had been impersonated in a case of fraud. This is the first case of the HoD actively harming a victim's social image. It has been confirmed that the HoD tends to take advantage of people's strong negative emotions to corrupt them.
Currently, Green Bird is still under observation in the base and his mental state is normalis not looking good.

Of all the victims, only Jerry Barbera retains some of the memories from when he was affected by the puppet, for reasons unknown, which may incur unexpected consequences. In future communication with victims of the HoD incident, always confirm if they retain memories of the incident first.
In addition, according to Bronya Zaychik's report, the HoD possesses the ability to take other Herrschers' powers, but the mechanics of it remain unknown.

Helen Rebecca is now fully recovered and has been taken home by her parents. No abnormalities have been observed in her ever since. Her mother cried into a dead faint when she first saw her. As the HoD still remains active, her mental state needs further attention.
In the investigation, no inducements were found that could lead to Helen Rebecca's capture by the HoD, which might suggest that negative emotions are not a requisite for the HoD to corrupt a mentally immature target.

According to Fu Hua's report, Hoyce Hagan is in debt, which is possibly related to the research topic he is working on. One day, he happened to learn in the base that his research project had been casually completed by Dr. Tesla forty years ago, and has therefore descended into a highly unstable mental state. He is still under observation in the base at the moment.
Currently, Hoyce Hagan refuses to leave the base and has been constantly showing a strong urge to find Dr. Tesla. After he managed to intrude into Dr. Tesla's experiment site, the base had to confine him to a certain area.
Hoyce Hagan broke through his confinement and once again intruded into Dr. Tesla's experiment site.

During the HoD incident, Xiang Qingshu was responsible for collating the information of known victims, and voluntarily applied to join field investigation. Inferring from the edit history, Xiang Qingshu's mind had been severely affected when she first applied for field investigation. She is known to have worsened Laura Stuart's mental state by conversing and attributed it to Green Bird in the files.
