Free AstralOp that can be upgraded by doing Part 2 story. Should fulfill the needs of most Captains.
Dreamseeker is an unlockable AstralOp in Honkai Impact 3rd. Dreamseeker's gender can be changed via a mirror in their apartment, with the default avatar being female.
Note: On the wiki, {Dreamseeker} will be used to signify that the player-chosen name is used in the scripts.
An Oxia local and Data Institute student. Surrounded by research on the Sea of Data, {F:she}{M:he} never imagined that one day {F:she}{M:he} would stumble upon the unknown of the Sea of Data, and embark on a journey of exploring bubble universes with newfound friends.

Accompanied by her newfound friendfriend from Earth, for the sake of their dear ones, she embarked on a journey to discover herself and the past and to anchor the destiny and the future.

Enemies take 3.0% more Total DMG in Stellar Outburst state.
