The Herrscher of Domination was the Current Era version of the Previous Era's 10th herrscher, the Herrscher of Legion. After posing a threat to Anti-Entropy, it was defeated by the newly awakened Herrscher of Flamescion.
Appearance[]
The herrscher core is divided into up to 1000 different individuals. Said individuals become puppets that are indistinguishable from each other. They have light yellow hair, pale skin, wear black clothing with gold details and a white undershirt, and have puppet-like legs and arms. They move into very specific and unnatural positions.
The honkai beasts created by the herrscher have a black and gold, curvy appearance, as does the Herrscher itself. It has clock-like attacks and elements and also has puppet articulations.
Personality[]
The herrscher of domination is manipulative and constantly tries to sway humans and herrschers alike to get what they want. They see the world on a negative light, and thrive off the hatred of humans to have them become puppets.
History[]
The herrscher is comprised of 1000 different cores, all of which add up to make the honkai output of one normal core. They can take the power of herrschers weaker than them.
