Herrscher of the Rimestar is immune to Ice DMG.

Summon Herrscher of the Rimestar deploys an Icicle Sword Array and summons two Rime Lanterns. Rime Lanterns automatically charge toward their targets. Hit the Rime Lanterns with melee attacks at the appropriate time to change their charging course and knock them into one another. Upon impact, the two Rime Lanterns lose a certain proportion of HP. When a Rime Lantern's HP reaches 0, it will open a Snow Lotus Domain at the location where it disappears. Then, Herrscher of the Rimestar will cast Garden of Icy Wish.
[Strategy] Hit the Rime Lanterns with melee attacks at the appropriate time.
Ultimate Herrscher of the Rimestar enhances the Icicle Sword Array, decreases the Total DMG taken by herself, locks on to the current target, and continuously sprouts ice flowers to deal Ice DMG. Attacking the Icicle Sword Array can temporarily break up to 3 swords. When the character is in the Snow Lotus Domain, ice flowers will not grow and the character will not take DMG from them. Additionally, the character can break the Icicle Sword Array more efficiently.
Herrscher of the Rimestar summons Ice Stars. When an Ice Star is near its target, it will drop to the ground and deal DMG. Breaking an Ice Star increases the team's Total DMG for a duration. This effect can stack up to 8 times.
[Strategy] Use characters that can attack aerial targets.
Summon Herrscher of the Rimestar combines the two Rime Lanterns next to her with the blades behind her, and summons them to attack the target.
Herrscher of the Rimestar wields the blades to slash 4 times, and then raises 5 blades to cleave downward.
Herrscher of the Rimestar moves the blades to her two sides and strikes targets in the front with horizontal slashes.
Herrscher of the Rimestar combines the blades behind her back into a giant ring blade to circle the field and slash.
Herrscher of the Rimestar summons the blades to gather above her head. After charging briefly, she casts the blades forward.
Herrscher of the Rimestar gathers all blades and each cleaves downward and forward in turn.
Releases a Rime Lantern that slams the ground to deal AOE DMG.
Releases a homing lantern that traps and freezes Valkyries.
[Strategy] Watch out for the falling Lantern. If frozen, switch to another Valkyrie to break the freeze.
Herrscher of the Rimestar unleashes Frigid Blasts in a circular range around herself, dealing massive AoE DMG.
Rapidly sprouts ice spines that deals DMG along a straight line.
