• Jingwei artwork is censored on the Chinese server(s).
• A clay figurine of Jingwei appears in The Forgotten Chronicles, serving as a prototype model. Jingwei was meant to replace Fu Hua's actual body image in history recollections in order to make her heroic feasts mode appealing to general public. Due to this, Jingwei is a de-facto Fu Hua.
• Its 3-piece effect name was previously localized as [Sea Filler].

• Jingwei (lit. Spirit Guardian) is named after the Chinese mythological bird Jingwei. She was transformed into the bird Jingwei from Yandi's (title) daughter Nüwa (not the goddess) after drowning in the Eastern Sea.
  • The stigmata being Fire-themed is in reference to her father Shennong being a "Flame Emperor", or "Yandi" (炎|Yan|Flame; 帝|Di|Emperor).
• The stigma set title as well as the two and three piece set effect names are in reference to her Eternal Struggle to Fill the Eastern Sea with twigs and pebbles so others do not suffer the same Fate she did.
