- In this event, Captains will select characters to be Commanders on the chessboard and battle enemies. During a battle, chess pieces will be randomly deployed on the board and fight automatically. Commanders can fuse, withdraw, or refresh chess pieces to their advantage. Bond can be activated using chess pieces for buffs. Clear all waves of enemies to win.
- The event will be released over 3 phases. The schedule is as follows:
- Beyond the Twilight: After the v7.5 update
- Step Into the Long Night: 10:00, JUN 10
- To Reach Daybreak Someday: 10:00, JUN 14
- Clear Edge of Shadow Calamity 1-4 to unlock Abyss Drenched in Shadow. After clearing a stage, spend
Purge Coupons to instantly obtain that stage's sweep rewards. During the event, Purge Coupon ×2 are issued daily. Take part in Abyss Drenched in Shadow to get Chess Chips for leveling up Commanders, enhancing Active Skills, and unlocking Passive Skills. - Clear Abyss Drenched in Shadow 5 to unlock Endless Night and face more challenging battles in this mode. Clearing each wave of enemies will trigger changes to the stage environment. Commanders or enemies may gain buffs or suffer debuffs. Strategically manipulate chess pieces to adapt to the new environment. Unlock the Deceptive Chess Emblem after clearing Abyss Drenched in Shadow 10. The emblem will record the highest challenge record of Endless Night.
- Commander stats will be automatically recorded at specific milestones during the battle. If you withdraw from a battle or suffer a defeat, you can swiftly rejoin the battle from any recorded milestone.

- From 04:00, JUL 25 to 04:00, AUG 1, every Organization Token ×18 can be purchased with Crystals ×20 in "Lantern's" Arsenal. Limited to 99 purchases per Captain.
- Organization Tokens will expire at 04:00, AUG 1 and return Coins ×2,500 each.
