Battlesuit Details 1
The little girl couldn't help but smile. Before going to work, the girl's mother had dotted a spot between the girl's eyebrows with a lipstick, saying it was a beauty mark. Her father had also praised how cute she looked before he left. Looking at herself in the mirror from different angles, young Helia saw the bow tie she had put on early this morning. The color really matches her makeup... and it was quite a nice look. And so the little girl in the mirror smiled even more brightly, her big eyes curved like crescents, her pressed lips turning upward to reveal her adorable little fangs. "That's me!" She cheerfully tapped her forehead in the mirror, and her reflection smiled back while its finger met hers. She then pulled down her cheeks with her fingers, making a funny face, and her reflection mirrored the same droopy-eyed expression. She couldn't help but giggle out loud. After she finished laughing, she crouched down and cupped her face, carefully examining herself in the mirror. "That's me."
Battlesuit Details 2
There were so many people in the mirror. There was the brilliant silhouette of her strongest Senpai, shining like an eternal, undying light; there was the wavering figure of her genius companion that made her heart sting when she gazed upon it... That shadow seemed to be fading; there were also... There were also vengeful spirits, their eyes burning with hatred as they traversed countless fragmented worlds to seek revenge. Those figures replaced her reflection and devoured her emotions. They left behind only endless agony and regret that became a blood-stained dagger piercing her still growing resolve. She heard her own voice from childhood, a tiny and deeply aggrieved child crying out in pain, "That's not me..." Where am I? She couldn't see herself.
Battlesuit Details 2
She closed the notebook that she had been using since a long time ago. From literature classes in elementary school until now, her handwriting had become increasingly neat. Lately, it even seemed to have broken free from rigid constraints, daring to deviate from the lines and appearing notably more relaxed. "This moment was bound to come." When was this poem written? Was it during a time of panic and confusion after losing someone dearest? "Once again, you will love a stranger who was once you." Was it when I was lost among different versions of myself and caught a glimpse of myself on the verge of tears in the mirror? "Take out the wine. Serve the bread. Return your heart to itself." Or... was it when I finally found my reflection in the mirror and gazed at my features once again? Was it when I experienced the joys and sorrows of the girl named Helia and faced my true feelings head-on? "Dispel that image of yourself in the mirror. Sit down and enjoy your life." She huffed a breath on the mirror and wiped it clean. The bright surface was like a calm, clear lake, perfectly reflecting Erdős Helia's straightforward and composed expression. Just like she did long ago, she pressed her lips together and broke into a gentle smile: —"That's me," she said.
