Enemies take 18.0% more Physical DMG and 12.0% more Elemental DMG in Stellar Outburst state.

● In Astral Ring Charging state, whenever Astral Ring Intensity becomes full, reduces the current CD of Stellar Outburst by 2.5s. This effect can only be triggered once per Astral Ring Charging state.
