Gale

Ki Seismic Slam and Shi-Ki Crescent can knock back enemies. Enemies knocked against the wall are stunned for 2s (CD: 4s) and will bleed for 6.0s, taking 180 Physical DMG every 0.5s.

Switch: Desolation

Unlocks Switch Skill. Unleash a ground smash in switch entry to deal 300.0% ATK of Lightning DMG.

QTE: Annihilation

QTE: Triggers when an enemy is frozen, dealing 400.0% ATK of Lightning DMG against enemies within a large AOE; additionally deals 300.0% ATK of Lightning DMG against the frozen enemy and other enemies nearby.

Raging Tiger

At over 60 SP, casting Shi-Ki Crescent procs Lunar Eclipse mode that lasts up to 60s, spending 6 SP/s and -100% attack SP recovery, but deals +40% lightning DMG.
When Eclipse ends, recover 30% of initial SP when casting the skill.

Burst: Enters Lunar Eclipse (burst mode) and launches Shi-Ki Crescent dealing 480% ATK of Physical DMG.
Lunar Eclipse attacks:
Six Fists: total of 860% ATK of Physical DMG.

In Eclipse Mode, when Shi-Ki Crescent hits the ground, inflict Time Lock for 4s and bleeds the target, dealing 180 Physical DMG every 0.5s for 12.0s.

Umbra

Eclipse Mode: Shi-Ki Crescent impacts generates a 6m-radius Lightning Field that lasts 20.0s, within which enemies take 200.0 Lightning DMG every 0.5s, while Valkyrie gains 5.0% Lightning DMG per second (max stacks: 10), and starts to lose Lightning DMG at the same rate after leaving the AOE for 3s. Only 1 Lightning Field can exist. Cast Shi-Ki Crescent in Eclipse Mode again to change the location of the Lightning Field.

Dark Sparrow

Rapid evasive maneuver. Can be performed twice in a row.
Not in Eclipse Mode: Within a short duration after Ultimate Evasion, tap the Combo ATK button to dash to the enemy and unleash Ki Riptide.
Eclipse Mode: Within a short duration after Ultimate Evasion, tap the Combo ATK button to unleash Shi-Ki Onslaught.

BBS Equipment Builds[]

What is BBS and what do the meters mean?

BBS, an official Chinese equivalent to HoYoLAB, has a wiki on which they present Captains with what is generally agreed on to be the best equipment builds available, aimed towards both the new and the veteran Captains. BBS separates gear recommendations by what we'll refer to as "tiers" and "criteria".

Tiers serve as means of separating all the different gear builds. Available tiers:

  • Recommended Equipment: Equipment build suited for what the battlesuit does the best. A lot of the times it's unique to just one specific battlesuit.
  • Auxiliary Equipment: Extra equipment build specifically for Supports, providing Captains with more alternatives.
  • Universal Equipment: Equipment build that is interchangeable with other characters performing the same role, without many drawbacks, or the most popular alternative to recommend equipment.
  • Transitional Equipment: Equipment build that can be used as a placeholder until a better gear is acquired. Easy to get since most if not all items are farmable. Good when starting out.

Criteria are visualized via meters that fill until they reach 100% - at which point the build fully meets the set criteria. Available criteria:

  • Offensive Ability: How much does the build help the battlesuit deal more dmg?
  • Functionality: How functional the build is when put together?
  • Compatibility: How well does the build fit the battlesuit's role/kit?
