Passive bonuses apply automatically. Deploy a scatter barrier on the field; only one is allowed. The scatter barrier's duration depends on the blocks of N-EX Threshold charged. N-EX Threshold decreases by 1 block per second while the barrier is present. You regain 1 block per second while the barrier is not present for a max of 10 blocks. Deploying the barrier triggers global Time Fracture for 3.5s . N-EX Threshold is cleared when the barrier is destroyed. The character's attacks double in number after passing through the barrier. Barrier grants ground Basic ATKs the following enhancements:1 st Sequence: 4 x 100% ATK of Ice DMG.2 nd Sequence: 2 x 100% ATK of Ice DMG.3 rd Sequence: 2 x 100% + 7 x 20% ATK of Ice DMG.4 th Sequence: 6 x 40% ATK of Ice DMG.5 th Sequence: 2 x 220% ATK of Ice DMG. Summons a black hole pulling enemies and dealing 80% ATK of Ice DMG. Razing Chrome
Fires a powerful laser through an amplifier for massive AoE DMG. When tapped: Ground: Move into the air and deal 100% ATK of Ice DMG. Tap [ATK] afterward to follow with the 2 nd sequence of Basic ATK. Aerial: Return to the ground and deal 100% ATK of Ice DMG. Tap [ATK] afterward to follow with the 3 rd sequence of Basic ATK. Either getting airborne or grounded moves the scatter barrier between you and the enemy hit last. If held: Perform Ultimate for 2,500% ATK of Ice DMG. During Ultimate, Time-frozen Domain is triggered to pause all skill timers and the stage timer. Ultimate destroys the scatter barrier on the field. Combo-Raze Effect
Attacks with rapid gunfire. Enabled when the N-EX Threshold is over 50% charged. Deploys a scatter barrier and fires a hail of bullets to deal 12 x 20% ATK of Ice DMG. If the bullets pass through the scatter barrier, Ice DMG increases to 24 x 20% . When a scatter barrier is present, the last sequence of each Basic ATK gives 1 charge. If the barrier is broken, all charges are lost. With 2 charges, tap [ATK] to connect the last sequence of a Basic ATK into a special Combo ATK dealing 500% ATK of Ice DMG. Continue tapping [ATK] after it finishes to connect into the 2 nd sequence of aerial Basic ATK or the 4 th sequence of ground Basic ATK. If the special Combo ATK passes through the barrier, it deals 600% + 10 x 20% ATK of Ice DMG. Special Combo ATK triggers global Time Fracture for 2.5s . What is BBS and what do the meters mean?
BBS, an official Chinese equivalent to HoYoLAB for miHoYo games, has a Honkai Impact 3 wiki on which they present Captains with what is generally agreed on to be the best equipment builds available, aimed towards both the new and the veteran Captains. BBS separates gear recommendations by what we'll refer to as "tiers" and "criteria".
Tiers serve as means of separating all the different gear builds. Available tiers:
Recommended Equipment: Equipment build suited for what the battlesuit does the best. A lot of the times it's unique to just one specific battlesuit.
Auxiliary Equipment: Extra equipment build specifically for Supports, providing Captains with more alternatives.
Universal Equipment: Equipment build that is interchangeable with other characters performing the same role, without many drawbacks, or the most popular alternative to recommend equipment.
Transitional Equipment: Equipment build that can be used as a placeholder until a better gear is acquired. Easy to get since most if not all items are farmable. Good when starting out.
Criteria are visualized via meters that fill until they reach 100% - at which point the build fully meets the set criteria. Available criteria:
