Zhuge Kongming is one of Theresa Apocalypse's counterparts and a major character in the Captain's Bizzare Adventures timeline. She was the Empress and strategist of the empire of Emberya in her homeworld. She currently the Second in Command or Strategist in Captain's Hyperion Crew.

In year 1001 Imperial Calendar, Zhuge use a spell to summon Heroes from outer world to help Empyrian. Using Tesla Zero as the catalyst, she manage to summon two Heroes.
Gemina Invasions - Deep Paradise Arc[]
Zhuge Kongming chant a Spell which heared by Rozaliya and Liliya (Gemina Invasions), and appear before Zhuge then ask her is she their Master.[note 1]

Zhuge Kongming after Three years live in wishing machine island, she notice that leaving unchecked Houdou seal formation for three years was too long. Zhuge know if it's broke free the Empire will be its first victim. After know Rita fighting the beast herself, Zhuge then send 2 envoys to neighbor kingdoms for help but the envoys never return. After Zhuge develop a new formation, she rushed into Rita so they could stop Houdou together.

By the time Zhuge arrive at the battlefield, the Houdou was alreadly left and Zhuge saw Rita's sythe lying by the river and she saw Rita lying in the water with wounds all over her body without blood dripping anymore. Zhuge lifted Rita up, she felt Rita was light as feather because all Rita's blood has been bled dry. Zhuge hugged Rita's body and wonder her strange feeling until night fell and stars above the sea. She then realize this strange feeling is whenever Zhuge saw Rita, there's a smile in Rita's face and on her eyes, but now Zhuge can't see Rita's eyes anymore. She then determined to exact Revenge on Houdou and Other Kingdoms who abandoned her.
Exacting Revenge[]

For three months after the death of Rita Rossweisse (Honkai Kingdom), Zhuge Kongming change into a cold person and she manage to ended the war of the Three Kingdoms and unified the realm, Zhuge also renounce herself as The Grand Seeress. Then during Qixi night Zhuge command her soldier to capture Theresa as she fled with dressing as Zhuge, the soldier capture Theresa with one more person, the Person is Captain who greet Zhuge like an old friend. Zhuge coldly look at the Captain while sitting on her Throne as he asking why Zhuge become The Grand Seeress as Zhuge told him in the past, Zhuge was retired and become a Hermit. Theresa then plead to Zhuge to spare The Captain which Zhuge comply, but with Theresa being dressed her old Idol outfit as TeRiRi the Magic Girl Emperyus and Previous Grand Seeress, Zhuge then told her to sing and dance as today was the Qixi night, Zhuge also threaten Theresa if she decline or run away. Zhuge realize the Captain has many question then invited The Captain to sit beside her to watch a show. Then Zhuge bring Himeko (Corsair Queen) and Fu Hua (Arch Imperator) to kneel before her.
Honkai Impact 3 X Evangelion: New Century[]
Zhuge Kongming and Rita Rossweisse (Fallen Rosemary) are having a tea being on the Bridge. Zhuge taste the tea made by Rita remind her the tea made by Rita (Honkai Kingdom). While they talking about Captain being on another journey again, Zhuge and Rita being informed by Ai-chan (Captain's Bizzare Adventures) that she catch a life signal floating in the Sea of Quanta, which turns out to be a Girl passing out but still holding a Red Spear in her hand.

Arc: Light Bound[]
Zhuge interrogating a person who floating aimlessly in Sea of Quanta, the person introduce herself as a Hacker name Bronie. Bronie said she want to stay for a while and want a room in the Hyperion. Zhuge didn't want a stranger to stay in the Hyperion. Bronie then impressed Zhuge by saying she already hacked her Entry log and already read about Rita (Fallen Rosemary), about Zhuge herself, and about Captain. Then Bronie offering an information about "Someone" else is also searching for "Ether Core" in Sea of Quanta as a payment for a room in Hyperion. Zhuge then reluctantly let Bronie stay, but The Captain will decided if Bronie can stay for how long. Zhuge then shocked as Bronie revealed that, Zhuge is very close to the Captain from reading Zhuge's Personal Journal.
