On September 11th, 2018, the fabled War Treasury appeared! Not only can you acquire Knight Moonbeam and Lightning Empress fragments (which increase in cost after each purchase), but also a variety of other fragments, items, and weapons!
The currencies used in the War Treasury are 
Ancient Willpowers, which can be purchased mainly in the War Treasury and BP Arsenal, and can be obtained from Memorial Arena and Weekly Quiz, and 
Ancient Legacy, which can be obtained normally from the Abyss and Memorial Arena once Captain Lv.70 is reached.

- On April 18th, 2019,
Blood Rose, Phoenix and Sixth Serenade fragments were introduced, KMB and LE fragments weekly purchases were increased from 5 to 6, price increase was changed (Now up to 18 instead of 20) and Yae Sakura Cask weekly purchases were increased from 3 to 8. - On May 23rd, 2019, Molotov Cherry Fragments were introduced, with the weekly purchase limit being set to 9 for the version.
- In Version 3.4, Violet Executer Fragments were introduced and Yae Sakura Sealed Jars were removed.
- In Version 3.5, Memory Crystal Cores were removed, returning Ancient Willpower to Captains who bought them.
- In Version 4.2, Fallen Rosemary Fragments and Fallen Rosemary were added, along with the option to purchase Ancient Legacy. LE fragments weekly purchases were increased from 6 to 9.
- In Version 7.8, Miracle ☆ Magical Girl Fragments weekly purchases were increased from 6 to 8. Materials for Stygian Nymph/ Stygian Nymph Fragments, Herrscher of Reason/ Herrscher of Reason Souls, and Miss Pink Elf♪/ Miss Pink Elf♪ Fragments were adjusted to become Ancient Willpower only.
- In Version 7.9, Herrscher of Sentience, Herrscher of Sentience Souls, Wafer Dataflows, and Wafer Stabilizers were added. Herrscher of Reason's character card's price was changed from Ancient Willpower ×1120 to Ancient Willpower ×900.
