World Serpent is a mysterious organization whose members lurk within various organizations around the world, including Mikoyan Design Bureau, Swiss Bank, etc... Even Schicksal and Anti-Entropy have members inside.
They're officially introduced to the story in Chapter 9 and keep a major presence throughout Part 1.
Most of its weapons are combined with conventional weapons for mass production. The technical route is neither Schicksal nor different from Anti-Entropy. Conventional military can also use these weapons, but Mikoyan's cutting-edge weapons still have a performance that is comparable to Schicksal and Anti-Entropy . And because every organization has a spy, the World Serpent is also able to replicate the Schicksal and Anti-Entropy weapon manufacturing technologies.
The World Serpent was founded by the "Serpent" at the beginning of the current era of civilization. It is committed to defeating the Honkai at any cost. In 500 AD, the "Serpent" became the magician Merlin, appearing in the legend of King Arthur of Britain. He was subsequently sealed into the Sea of Quanta by his former friend Su for his unethical experiments on the Britons, and the World Serpent was dormant for 1500 years. However, the organization itself has not disintegrated in the slightest...
Four months after the wake of the Herrscher of Void in 2017, the "Serpent" returned from the Sea of Quanta, and the "World Serpent" organization officially entered the world stage.

Serpent[]
The Lord of the World Serpent, codenamed "Serpent", whose real name is Kevin. He is the strongest human warrior of the Previous Era and the progenitor of the Kaslana family, who was sealed in the Sea of Quanta by one of his fellow warriors, out of fears he'd strayed from the right path. He is obsessed with stopping the Honkai at any cost, even if it means sacrificing most of humanity to do so.
Gray Serpent[]
The cadre of World Serpent, codenamed "Gray Serpent". They are skilled hackers and androids sharing a collective consciousness known as the Gray Serpent network. They identify themselves with their serial code, and have varying personalities and hobbies. They act as intermediaries for the organization.
Jackal[]
A member of World Serpent, codenamed "Jackal", whose real name is Cleo Hypatia. The founder of Heliopolis Life Sciences, who has long been engaged in the structural research of the Honkai beasts and zombies, produced a large number of synthetic monsters as part of the experiments to bring Project Stigma to life. She's the mastermind behind the artificial eruption that devastates a large chunk of Arc City due to her using the city as a testing ground for her master's plans.
Raven[]
A member of World Serpent, codenamed "Raven", whose real name is Natasha Cioara. Founder of The Roost, she is a caretaker of homeless children from Nagazora.
Owl[]
A member of World Serpent, codenamed "Owl", whose real name is Chen Tianwu. A survivor from a Honkai eruption in Manila and a former mercenary who worked for the Thousand Fists, before Raven destroyed the group. He was spared by Raven and given mechanical augmentations to help him survive the infection he suffered.
Hare[]
A member of World Serpent, codenamed "Hare", the living avatar of the Schariac bloodline's Stigmata, born from the aftermath of the Second Eruption.
Raiden Mei[]
The newest member of World Serpent, a Valkyrie that defected from Schicksal, whom the Serpent convinced to join to protect the one she loves the most. To do so, she fully awakened her powers as the Herrscher of Thunder.
